My Services
Research, Evaluation, and Strategic Advisory in Social Impact
Expertise at the intersection of research, evaluation, and advisory
I work with public, community-based, faith-based, philanthropic, international, and nonprofit organizations that seek to structure their approaches, assess their results, learn from their practices, and communicate their impact more effectively.
My work lies at the intersection of applied research, program evaluation, public policy, international development, equity, and institutional strengthening. It is based on my belief that when data is properly collected, interpreted, and communicated, it can inform decisions, support learning, and contribute to just and sustainable social change.
With a multidisciplinary background and more than twenty years of experience across the public, community, international, and research sectors, I bring an analytical, intercultural, ethical, and impact-oriented perspective to my work.

What I do
Four complementary areas of expertise, in service of your organization and your impact.
Program and project evaluation
I support organizations in evaluating their programs, projects, or initiatives in order to produce credible, useful, and action-oriented findings. Depending on the mandate, the evaluation may focus on relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, equity, accessibility, sustainability, use of results, or observed outcomes.
Measurement frameworks, monitoring, and learning
I support teams in designing, reviewing, or improving their monitoring, performance measurement, and organizational learning tools. This service helps organizations better structure expected results, indicators, data sources, monitoring mechanisms, and learning processes.
Applied research and social analysis
I conduct applied research to help organizations understand complex social, institutional, or community issues. My work may include field research, policy analysis, document reviews, knowledge synthesis, qualitative or mixed-methods data collection, practice analysis, and the production of strategic documents.
Training, facilitation, and knowledge transfer
I design and facilitate training, workshops, conferences, and dialogue spaces that make knowledge accessible, useful, and actionable. These interventions may be designed for teams, youth, community leaders, managers, practitioners, or reflection groups.
